Problem

The chillers were unable to keep their building load and efficiency because the fill media in each of the towers was fouled, therefore stopping the heat transfer.

Challenge

The chilled water plant had to remain operating in order to keep the guests comfortable during the refurbishment.

Solution

Provide new Evapco Original Equipment Manufacture fill media in each tower, allowing the chiller plant to regain its efficiency, saving the hotel thousands of dollars in energy inefficiencies, and keeping the guests comfortable during the process.

Outcome

With the new Evapco fill media, the towers were brought back to original thermal performance, allowing the chiller plant to be more efficient and saving the hotel thousands of dollars. The hotel could continue to provide comfort to its customers.
